You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.
The App is free to use for an initial trial period. During this period, you may access all App features without charge.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you consent to the processing of your payment information in accordance with Stripe’s privacy and security policies.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
Some inputs you provide (e.g., text entries) may be processed by third-party services such as the OpenAI API. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
All software, design, content, and other materials provided in or through the App, including any modifications or updates, are the property of Assimilate LLC or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Assimilate LLC.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We expressly disclaim any warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Assimilate LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for accessing the App during the period in which the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Assimilate LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website at getassimilate.com with a new effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Assimilate LLC regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
